At Missoula Federal Credit Union, we understand that it's not easy to teach your kids about money...no matter what their age is. That's why we've created three special programs to help. Our programs cover a broad range, beginning with basic money concepts and graduating into money management skills for the real world. Along the way, kids and young adults will have fun and learn things that they'll actually be able to use.
Check out the individual program links to the left, or visit the Thrive by Five web site for more resources on introducing basic money concepts to very young children.
MFCU Volunteer Youth Advisory Board
The Missoula Federal Credit Union volunteer Youth Advisory Board gives students a chance to learn about the way a not-for-profit business is managed and give them an opportunity to voice their opinion on various topics that affect their Credit Union.
The Youth Advisory Board is comprised of 10 to 15 students in their Junior and Senior years of high school from throughout our field of membership. This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in careers in the financial sector or non-profit management. Applications and due dates will be available here every August for the following school year.
